My Alert Pendant was designed for people who don't like the sensation of wristband or bracelet. We highly suggest wearing it on a chain or cord around the neck, which is the second place first responders check for identification and medical alert wearables.

My Alert Bands come with unlimited updates and edits the first year of ownership. After the first year if you need to do an update for health, medical or other changes there is a $5 charge for updates, good for another year. You only need to pay, if you need to edit or change your information
